It's been a busy day at Reservoir: - processed ~150m in redemptions in 48 hours - 100% uptime for the PSM - srUSD / USDC market is the 1st morpho loop back in positive territory - zero users liquidated - zero bad debt Today has been a stress test for DeFi and Reservoir passed the test. Reservoir was built to prioritize liquidity and risk management, while offering users cross-chain yield products that are sustainable and user-friendly. Our focus has always been on avoiding exposure to assets we believe carry excess risk, both direct and indirect. Avoiding liquidity traps, levered collateral, or "black box" assets we have no look-through visibility on is a must. As a result, Reservoir preventatively analyzed, monitored and avoided the look-through risks which have triggered the market turmoil. Reservoir has had no direct or indirect exposure to risky assets currently in question. Our PSM has remained liquid and functioning. No losses have been incurred. Furthermore, borrow rates for the srusd/usdc pairing have stabilized, and users of our product to loop are back to profitability. Due to our liquid position we have been able to support our users by adding a temporary Reservoir Steakhouse Morpho market. This has protected our users during the current market liquidity crunch by stabilizing borrow rates. The market is not out of the woods yet and we continue to closely monitor the situation.
